Title: best shepherds pie you ever had

dice up 1 green pepper 1 onion 3
pieces celery cut up small make a pan of mashed
potatoes take your 2 lbs ground beef add all vet
cook tell done drain all oil off then 9x12 pan add
potatoes on bottom and sides kinda heavy then poor
hamburger and vet over that add 2 cans of cream
corn on top bake off 30 min and eat  you will love
 bake 350 30 min.
